I lent my mom my car during the weekend because her's was in the shop. I had about a quarter tank of gas in there and she left me with a full tank. Gotta love moms.

Moms are great, no doubt. However, I think it's common courtesy to return a borrowed vehicle with a full tank of gas, no matter how much was in the car when you borrowed it.

yeah, I disagree with you guys on this on two fronts. on the one hand, I have a pretty good idea after one date if I'm into someone enough to actually go out with them for a while. on the other, girls tend to get pretty attached after just 3, 5 or however many dates, and then when I break it off, I've got one more girl in this city who hates me, stares daggers at me when I see her in the street, and tells her friends I'm an ass. probably shouldn't care about the second bit, but I do

although, to clarify, this girl wasn't lame, just not my type
