I want to nap SO bad right now. But, tomorrow starts the 6am wake-ups for school.

I just have to push myself through the next two hours.

I just got back from Chicago and I, too, was impressed by the number of women with whom I would have liked to have sexual relations.

Seems like they're looking somewhat seriously about privatization

Hopefully by next Labor Day, Pennsylvania will be full of people making crappy wages working at privately owned liquor stores selling you booze on holidays to generate profits for their evil owners

I don't want to get into it, because this isn't the politics thread and I don't really care anyways, but I believe ND has everything privatized(with the same laws that prevent people from picking up groceries and booze at the same time), and I really don't find a difference other than it's a bunch of college kids working there and it's open on 2-3 more days a year.

i loved state stores as a kid, probably since the LCB felt there was no need to police their own. i had the worst fake id ever and half the time i didn't even have to show it and when i did, it always worked. you just couldn't do anything stupid like buying grain and having them to copy your id and sign for it. beer distributors were probably the toughest of the bunch, best chance was at the drive-thru ones.

New Hampshire has state stores and people actually drive from other states to buy liquor there. At least they used to a long time ago. The annoying thing about PA is that you have to go to one store for beer, and another for everything else.

I love it when somebody digs up an old thread that hosted a dumb baseball argument, I read through and find that I didn't embarrass myself. Feels like some kind of undeserved parole.

I remember in the olden days internet when I wrote that I couldn't believe how we stole Ivan DeJesus from the Cubs for the washed up Bowa and that minor leaguer -- Sandhurst or someone. Great trade for us!!!!

lol. omg. :spam: :spam2: :spam:

man oh man. I don't know many people who are married, but of the people I know who are married:

one is getting divorced because the guy banged a stripper
one the husband is currently in jail
one the wife died
one is probably getting divorced because the wife joined some culty religion that thinks, among other things, that porn is a mortal sin. And while the husband was unemployed (she doesn't work) was paying her best friend $180/mo to babysit their kids and also bought her a car.
one is getting divorced because the husband acts like he 16, doesn't work, hangs out with his brothers drinking beer all the time, goes away on "business trips" for the family business which is installing grass in peoples yards.
