speaking of bacon, and baseball, there's this oddity:

Man Cans

featured in the product line: a) bacon b) baseball mitt

Perhaps the worst business name employed in the last 2 centuries. Especially when you realize it was chosen/employed by a 13-year-old. Boy.

I haven't worn a sweatshirt since Bill Clinton was in office.

Hooded flannel or something else with button cuffs. I can't stand elastic cuffs. I still have to begrudgingly put up with them in my winter coat's fleece lining, and I had a khaki knock-off Members Only jacket I wore for awhile too. But no sweatshirts.

That makes sense. I hate sweatshirts with elastic cuffs that are too tight and especially the elastic waist cuff or whatever you want to call it. I have a phillies WS hoodie that is great in both repsects as well as few others, but I dig it. I also have a zip up sweatshirt with neither an elastic cuff or bottom, it is amazing. I got it at a TJ max for $5 one time when I was out of town and it got much colder than I was anticipating. best purchase :h:

i feel like a good way to make extra money would be to run websites for small, locally-owned businesses, like pizza shops and such. there are so many places in media that don't have a website. bet if you walked into a bunch of places offering to create, run and manage their website for a fee you could get some worthwhile cash flow.

Friend at work dumped his motorcycle THREE TIMES yesterday. Third time was a charm. Scraped off all the skin on his right forearm and some minor road rash elsewhere, and busted up the bike too.

If you're expecting reasonable prices from a convenience store, you need to reevaluate some things.

yeah my friend tried that, and they don't want to pay anything for sites b/c they know sites like yelp or foodler or something will have them on there already. people don't really care to see a site for them, they just want to know what they have and that gets done for them for free already
