for those that have been in weddings, what's a cool gift the groom has gotten you that made you feel slightly better about dishing out like $500 for their wedding?

Just went for the first time a few months ago. Tremendous. Ordered 2 pancakes and had leftovers for 3 days.

I have a couple. A few thoughtful friends bought something individual for each member of the wedding party. So I have an autographed Lea Thompson pic hanging in my office. Another friend got me some old-school Phillies memorabilia. Sadly I can't remember exactly what right now. I think a Chuck Klein baseball may have been involved. And there was something Whitey in there too.

I always confuse Mulligatawny with Meghan Mullally.

Yeah, I do. Considering that I've been in close to a dozen weddings and those are the only gifts I remember.

feel like your basic peanut is better than exotic varieties like cashew, almond, etc.

also, peanuts should be cheaper
