Maybe because the news was buried in a "generic" thread? Maybe because that thread was dragged off-topic, at length, with stuff that belongs in the Pujols thread, and people missed the news?

The "first bannings" was the Whiskey Rebellion.

Don't think we've had a Civil War level crisis yet.
