I'm actually pretty determined to go to a game at Citi every summer because the ferry from Manhattan (provided you're a little aggressive and post up up top) is just such a serene, chill time

and it's like, a dollar

and we beat the Mets

and you walk up to the gate among the murmurs of Mets fans crying about how there are more Phillies fans than Mets fans

so it's pretty much a chill transition from serene to vindictive

had my piss test this morning. couldn't perform. instead i had to take a huge dump.

i drank a half gallon of water just in the waiting room alone, too. so i get back to my desk and take a sip of coffee. BAM. i've been in piss pain for the past 2 hours. 1 more hour to go before i can go back and take this damn test.

p.s. Eem, this is my answer to that test tube question you asked. One time I edited a story she did about bras for the fashion section and she started telling me about her boobs. Good Lord.

It's weird because their focus is usually on simplicity. But when you're run by engineering nerds I guess you over-analyze and tinker just for the hell of it
you sure do seem to have a lot of time on your hands to be on this forum? Do you have a job? Are you a shut-in?

That reminds me, they used to have this awesome Real Estate function on Google Maps, but apparently they got rid of it so they could bring it back improved. Now I gotta go through Craigslist's ocean of disorganized listings that tell me they're in Graduate Hospital when they're in the a-hole of Point Breeze. Come on, Google. #everythingsamazingandnobodyshappy

I am not seeing that/experiencing that. That is, there's no 'animated dropdown menu' hampering my access to the sign out link.

and who signs out of their mail ordinarily anyway?
Yes, but in a double utley you can put your utley on top they other guy's utley, and you're the winner. (Swish)

There is sort of a loophole. If you find a property that's advertised, you can just google it and a link will show on the Maps page for more real estate. But search function no longer works so you have to go through each spot manually to figure out if it's for rent or sale, how many bedrooms it has, price range, etc. Still, it's way more helpful than Craigslist's search.

I doubt it applies for the listings you're talking about but Grays Ferry near 23rd and South is friggin' beautiful. But I guess you've been to Resurrection so you kind of know. Grace Tavern, a supermarket, the liquor store, a great bike shop, Ants Pants Cafe and Phoebe's BBQ all within a couple blocks of each other.

Also if you move to Fitler Square we will be drunk all the times

yeah, i want to stay west of 20th and around south. the area does rule and its super accessible to 76(which is my main reason for choosing fitler)

i will be drunk every night

A student missed an exam today. He sent me an e-mail amounting to "i forgot". Do I allow him to make up the exam, or not? If he had made up some excuse that was even somewhat plausible, I'd most likely let him make up the exam.

I am taking my time with this decision.

I think, for me, it would hinge on his previous classroom attendance record. If it was shit, then I wouldn't let him take it.
