We had no reason to believe either of those things would happen. So laugh at me all you want goober.

ill give you credit, you were really wrong the whole time, and you stuck by being really wrong the whole time.

also, point 2 is wrong. I showed earlier in the summer how it was entirely feasible for them to run a payroll of $155-160M in 2011 and still be right in line with how they'd been increasing payroll. No one really took it seriously then. Maybe they should have.

I was right on him signing here.
I guessed his contract by 500K.

I'm glad we didn't have to dump Blanton and Ibanez.

I know you're still in disbelief that the Braves weren't the mystery team.

At that point I was reverse jinxing, honestly. That was an awesome night. Besides the finals the next day. That kind of blew. Still got A's though :)

I ordered a pizza earlier from Domino's. Submitted my order on the website at just after 10 PM. Said the dude left at 10:22. The location is only an 8-minute drive from my house, even faster with the unpatrolled suburban roads of Delco. He showed up at 11:05, did not have anything for me to sign (I paid with a credit card), and bolted without even thinking about a tip. I had to shout at the guy to come back and get his tip. He seemed genuinely disinterested in making an extra $3.

Weird.

So the most watched show of the year will be the Super Bowl. AFC title game will be second. NFC title game will be third. Oscars and Jets-Pats will duel for fourth.

That would make for a great story, but I think the dude was just tripping on some drugs or something.

There's a swimmer on this board, PrattRules. You better watch yourself.

I was a swimmer, and at one time was condidering a psych minor, but in the end I decided that I was too busy skipping the engineering classes to take on anything more.
