dunno if this changes things for you, but the South Street Bridge is open again which is pretty huge for traveling to/through South Philly

3 o'clock is witching hour for the 95/blue route interchange. I think it's about the same time for the schuylkill. so lunch stop=traffic woes

Thanks. Maybe if by some miracle we're out of the airport by 1:30 we can still stop for lunch, but otherwise, it looks like fast food in the car.

According to this it looks like the Blue Route is the way to go unless we do decide for lunch in S. Philly.
