How much spending money is enough to take on a 3-night Vegas bachelor party? I don't gamble A LOT, but I will indulge in some poker, pai gow, NCAA tourney bets and possibly some craps. One factor is that I'll be completely shit faced for almost 72 hours straight, so I need to factor in some slack into the calculation. Where are the economists, I need help here

I was thinking at least 600 just for the gambling.
we're talking lower bound, right? I mean obviously bring more if you can, but I could get by and still have an awesome time including tons of blackjack and alcohol on 800
800 was kind of what I was thinking too, but shooting for $1K. Hopefully even if I take 800 I'll still bring a fair amount of that home. The tough part (well it's not really tough, actually kind of awesome) is that we arrive early Thursday morning and don't leave till Sunday morning. Even with a full Friday night "b-party package" planned, that still leaves A LOT of idle time. My hope is that we all find some spots in a sports book to chill and drink face while gambling smallish amounts on NCAA tourney games. Can anyone recommend a casino with tons of seating? We're staying at the Palms, which has a sportsbook, but it doesn't appear all that large
