Was there some public outcry against mustard in a jar that I missed? Because it seems to have been banned.

You gotta be able to work it. Pound the bottle in the most conducive way possible to avoid any yellow water. Goes for ketchup as well. (I feel like my first sentence could easily find its way on the "That's What She Said" thread.)

Ya gotta shake it... shake it vigorously.

(That goes for mustard and catsup bottles too)

That's not the point. The point is a simple jar and a knife was a perfect mustard delivery system. Why mess with something that works well?

The free market has failed. I bet there's a huge market for mustard in jars.

There was probably some outcry of people disgusted by getting all kinds of crap like other people's relish or onions in the mustard. That's why jelly/jam in a squeeze bottle is da bomb, cuz jelly shards in the peanut butter are teh blech.

You put your knife in the peanut butter first. PB in teh jelly is no big deal

I don't know what I was expecting from Subway's chili. I guess I expected it wouldn't be the worst soup I've ever had. I guess that was an unfair expectation.

Yeah, I only buy the local seasonal oranges.

Chilean blueberries can go to hell. Jersey/PA or bust.
