I hear that. I think the hybrid system works pretty well. You pick whichever works for you.

They're moving toward this smart card system that seems problematic to me:

Having a smart trip card is fun because it allows you to look all condescendingly at the tourists who have to pay with a regular metro pass.

wow im pissed. i use street parking here in boston. my car was parked on a street that gets cleaned the first and third tuesday of every month, from 12-4. i went at 11:30 to move my car, and it got towed. they said they towed it at 11:30. which must have literally been right when i went out there. $112 bucks. are you f'ing kidding me. they towed it before it was even scheduled to be moved.

I just realized that I probably have some Jamie Moyer baseball cards in my collection somewhere and how weird it is that I might have cards for any current Phillies since I haven't collected baseball cards in 15 years.

There is a secret project going on at my company (I think some sort of acquisition) and its codename is Project Peanut Butter. I hope someone's getting their balls licked

just imagine a tall blonde with a perfect figure and only-in-your-fantasies breasts curling her hair from a profile view at a ridiculously awful screen resolution, and occasionally squatting/checking her butt out in the mirror. but that's just my guess, I haven't seen it either

If you think about it, "Whatever it is I think I see/becomes a Tootsie Roll to me" is one of the more terrifying couplets ever committed to page or song.

I might have a Moyer card. I'm pretty sure I have an Ibanez card. I haven't bought baseball cards since the 60s I believe so I'm not sure where I got these ones from the 80s and 90s. I should look through them again and see what I have. I think I may have gotten the Ibanez card at a Mariners game or something. I remember thinking -- Raul Ibanez? What a rip off. What about Junior or the Unit or even Bone or Edgar? Ibanez?????

All this WAWA talk has me thinking if I've ever even bought anything at a WAWA. I remember every neighborhood where I grew up had a Catholic church, a deli and a pizza joint. When someone wanted to know where you lived they asked you what Parish you were in. We always went to delis -- never a WAWA. I know they had them back then though.
