can someone decode this email I got (out of the blue) via my phuturephillies addy?

I am James Dubee and was trying to get a card or picture autographed. Most of all wish him good luck with a successful 20 years on the mound in a troubled world. I know this is stretching it too far off of 1st base, but it would be great to watch a game and have "Jim Dubee pitches his second perfect game" I would love to regress to 12 years old and Jim regress to 12 years old also and have him give me his best . When I was 12-50 years ago in Little league I hit 2 homers from 2 pitches. I have a feeling the Phillie Dubee would send me to the dugout; even though I did lead the league in homers- I forget the # of home runs I hit that season. I thought maybe it was a guy named Jim Dubee who thought that our pitching coach's name was also Jim, and thought that you knew how to get in touch with him for an autograph. Then I saw the scroll down part and now I have no clue what to think.

Oh man....the momentum for my move just came to a screeching halt. The friend I was going to split this place with is having issues with getting cleared by the complex because of a misdemeanor for having a fake id when he was 19. Something I wish he would have disclosed to me and them, like, you know, when we were filling out the lease application. Was all prepared to take off this Friday, now I've got no clue. He's saying that it was supposed to have been expunged and that he'll end up getting clearance, but I'm thinking zero tolerance means zero goddamn tolerance.

I feel like I just got the ol' Bill McNeal treatment here.
