phaninphlorida just posted, talk about fetishes. the man's heart is only for asians. hope you dont have any sisters td, pip is coming for 'em. i dont think he stops at the subcontinent

Wow. Probably one of the last ones here I'd suspect to have an issue with interracial woohoo (marriages/relationships/dating/et al)... or maybe it's just partaining to eastern asians that stirs some judgemental snark. I sense a tale of some sort of personal experience...

it sucks what happened, and i'm not gonna o'reilly this, so i'll just say that we did not lose roberto clemente here. nick adenhart's death is no more impactful than that of any of the names on this list. though every death should be felt, and every death should matter, because he was a major league baseball player is not the reason that his does.

we all have the potential to be great, and maybe it should be lauded that he was so close to reaching his, but that's not what i've been reading. maybe not here, but over on BTF and that link at halosheaven i see more about the loss of a career than about the loss of 4 lives.

and seeing scott boras openly weep just pisses me off even more.

really? fuck off. i don't give a shit about what you think, just like you don't give a shit about what i think. just like floppy, you've wanted me gone for as long as i've been here, so calling for my head now is just as old and just as tired as it was in april of 07.

his original comment was just the usual bait to get people to react. that he's using the death of a baseball player as bait should be enough to get him banned. at this point i dont know what differentiates him from dsp or mpmcgraw

The reason his death registers here is that there is a connection to him, granted none of us knew him personally, but a lot of us heard of him and watched him pitch so we felt some faint connection to him. In the larger sense of our lives it means nothing more than any other person who dies at the hand of a drunk driver but we have that faint connection so we feel it a little bit more.

I know you know that, and I don't know why I wasted my time typing that, but I just did.

that's probably because, except for jhoya, you're the poster my vitriol is most aimed at. i've been quite clear about what i think of you, so i guess since i'm not eating out the palm of your hand, i must be a troll.

you're not a piece of shit, but as i've said before, you are a preening jackass.

and what separates me from mcgraw and dsp is that both have been banned for well over a year, and they still have more posts than me.

preening?

lol.

from the guy who continually quotes posts he made years ago.

i think you have me confused with JFLNYC.

At this point I'm honored that your "vitriol is aimed at me", mainly because you're a joke and no one here takes anything you say seriously.

i'm not gonna give you shit for rating dominic brown where you rated him. and i'm not gonna give you shit for rating d'arby myers where you rated him. my beef was always that you created a system where a GCL prospect who had a hot 2 months was at the peak of the ratings system. fine d'arby myers is a straight A prospect. but then, what's mike moosetacos? and then what's alex gordon? unless you were planning on going to A++++, there was no room for the articulation of greatness, whereas you left tons of room for the articulation of mediocrity. you're allen baird. congratulations.

Unlike you, I'm willing to change my opinion on a guy.

And I won't even justify something I wrote 3 or 4 years ago.

Keep clinging to Wandy Rodriguez and Edwin Jackson as your pieces of intellectual superiority. I'm fine with it.

Interesting day at work today. Got a bunch of Happy Birthday wishes and stuff and was later informed that my position is one of several being eliminated. I can take a severance package or a lower position at a lower pay. Just awesome.
How dare you interrupt my Lime Rickey!

Got my first ticket today. 74 on the highway, but no one was around me. I don't understand traffic laws, I guess. And how does a $60 fine turn into like $160 due to 'costs' and such?
