What a joke.

You can speak any language you want at my house. My wife sphrekins her Deutche quite a bit and I speak a language at times that few can understand.

We don't actually have a Geno's or Pat's up here.

I have a recipe from some Italian Market book my wife has. I'm making (actually I made) them myself using their "secret ingredients."

They turned out good. When I'm in town, I go to Pat's or Jim's or even Pudgies or a local place from where I'm staying. I've never actually gone to Geno's. You gotta make a choice in this here world and I chose Pat's as far as that battle goes.

I will say this. I think the chow turned out pretty well.

So my car wouldn't start tonight though the dashboard lights/signals do show up. This has happened before, and the guy at the auto repair shop told me that it had something to do with my clicker (that locks/unlocks/sets alarm/keyless-starts my car). He didn't really elaborate on it. So, apparently, I can't start my car because of my clicker even though I can just as easily put my key in and turn, but that doesn't work either.

Anyone know if this has any validity? Anyone understand what I just wrote? :?

Best cheesesteak I've had since moving out here. Wish I had room for more than one, but the chips/multi-layered dip, pretzel rods (Snyder's, of course), fruits, nuts, and ice cream filled me up pretty pretty good.

Is it by chance a Chevy? My brother has a 2000-something Blazer that had a passlock "issue". Dunno what he did (or even if he got it working/fixed, being I live over a thousand miles away). Perhaps googling for your car's make/model/year and the word "passlock" might yield something.

It is a 1998 Mazda Protege.

I did a bit of Googling as you suggested but it didn't turn up anything relevant. I'll call a mechanic on Tuesday but I want to avoid the cost if possible.

someone i know just posted this quote by Gertrude Stein on facebook:

In between a place and candy is a narrow foot-path that shows more mounting than anything, so much really that a calling meaning a bolster measured a whole thing with that. A virgin a whole virgin is judged made and so between curves and outlines and real seasons and more out glasses and a perfectly unprecedented arrangement between old ladies and mild colds there is no satin wood shining.

what the fuck does that mean

in other news it's 3:56 a.m. and i just beat the Buffalo Sabres in six games to advance to the Wales Conference semis. Jeff Carter had 6 goals in the series.

If the Phillies lose on Tuesday, I'll probably have to change my avatar. When I used it before, I don't think the Phillies won very often.

You would obviously be the person on the computer, posting on BSG, as I entertain myself on the treadmill. The flipflops are my favorite part.
