Listed among various members qualifications:
- attorney (only typewritten application)
- communications manager with a lot of experience, who also runs his own business (hand-written by a female).
- resume enclosed (but not included in the packet)
I also find it funny that they redacted the home and work phones from the applications, but left the fax information at the top of the pages, so now I now where three of these people work.

I grew up in a development with an HOA; and the only rules they really had were of the 'don't be a $#@! variety'. So I had no idea when my wife and I moved into our current house (our 1st) that also came with an HOA, that it'd be like living on a boring college campus again, with the exception of RA's coming around knocking on your door checking that you're not drinking every 5 mins. Not only do we have to watch where we park in front of OUR OWN HOUSE and how many cars are in OUR OWN DRIVEWAY; but we've been fined numerous times because we decided to add a little flowerbed around our mailbox.
Definitely wish we'd read the fine print of the HOA guidelines a little more closely at closing time.
