I know that the "didja hear Starbucks opened a Starbucks in a Starbucks" type observation is the hacky comedian joke of this generation, but it really is amazing how many there are. Here's the map of local Starbuckses by my work. Amazingly, they're constructing another one at 13th and Chestnut as we speak (which would be nearly equidistant on the map to stores 1, 2 & 5):

A classic flank maneuver. Clearly they're trying to take over City Hall

The key to Philadelphia has always been Elm Street. The Greeks knew it. The Carthaginians knew it. Now you know it.

I'm hungry already. I've been told that eating breakfast is good for keeping the metabolism going, so it helps keep the weight off. I guess I should start eating breakfast.

I just spoke to the state police and told them about stuff that further incriminates someone I can't stand. I'm conflicted- I don't want dangerous people living around me, but I don't want to be a tattletale. Still, the cops called me because "someone" suggested they call me (someone from my church, I think).

I'm pretty sure the harem of lesbians that lives two floors under me is up to 8.

And every day from 1:00 - 4:00 they blast techno/trance music loud enough that my floor shakes.

There is only so much boom boom boom boomboomboom that a man can take without knowing what goes on in there.

"All-Natural Farm Fresh Eggs" were on sale today. Fairly interested to see if they taste any different.

On the receipt it says:
LOL EGGS LG 2.50

McDonald's Southern Style Chicken Sandwich is a mere imitation of the Chick-fil-A sandwich. No comparison.

Yeah, and there's no Chick-Fil-A across the street from my office, or around the corner from my apartment, as there are McDonald's. In fact, I have no idea where the nearest one is.

I've been listening to a lot of AM talk radio lately........every time I turn on a music station I feel like I back in high school...they're still playing songs that came out my senior year........they just won't stop playing bush...I can't stand 'the band' bush.
I've also rediscovered my love for cheese curls .

In Deptford, there's one in the mall then another basically down the street outside the mall. It's very weird.
