I don't know if this helps or not Housh, but I've left cooked pizza out for 12-16 hours and it was still OK to eat- or at least I don't remember getting sick or anything from it.

It's not that hard to not be terrible, which is all you really have to be if you're just going to play with the guys. I've only been about 6 or 7 times, and sucked absolutely and completely, to the tune of like a 12 on every hole. Then I went with my father in law on Father's day for the first time in a year and shot a 45 on 9 holes, I just watched a DVD and got a subscription to Golf Digest and kind of figured out how not to suck, now it's fun. I even pared a fairly long par 4!

Yeah, I'm looking forward to it, hanging out in the sunshine with a couple of beers playing a game sounds great, like wiffle ball with class. First par will probably be a pretty special moment. Just never got into it growing up and not many people I know in the city are up for it (too bourgoesie or something) so it will be a while.

I didn't mean to suggest that wiffle ball isn't classy. It's brilliant.
