They also have the girl's best friend. The tape seems to clearly be R. Kelly, and R. Kelly's basement. The defense is using the kitchen sink defense. The guy isn't R. Kelly, the girl isn't the girl, someone used multimillion dollar CGI special effects to insert the girls face on someone elses body...
Calling the crackhead uncle to the stand was a bad move, but that's all the defense has going for it so far.
