This morning on Fox's 29 bus stop buddy was wearing a phillies cap. He looked like Bret Myers.

Is "bus stop buddy" wearing a tuxedo and a kilt?

(Is it just me, or does a guy wearing dark sunglasses, tuxedo tails, a kilt, and hanging around a school bus stop seem a little creepy.)
