I used to like Harris Teeter, but they've seriously gone downhill. At least in the Hampton Roads area. We have a small chain called Farm Fresh down here that wipes the floor with the Teeter. If I need something quick, I go to the Teeter since its around the corner. If we need to do a lot of shopping or want good beer/wine, we hit the Farm Fresh ...
