There is quite a few F'd up titles over on this side of BSG.

I have to make sure I don't get TOO drunk tonight.

can anyone make any sense of Chris Young's (OF) 2007 numbers?

felizesque .295 OBP but will leadoff (why?)
great speed, leadoff hitter, 43 walks, decent lineup, but only 85 runs??
32 HRs and only 68 RBIs and .763 OPS (these have to be a record)
more homers then doubles (isnt this odd)

is he just a bad player who they hit leadoff?
least productive 20/20 season ever??

Why are people talking about relevant baseball things in the random thoughts thread?

i just don't see how .300 OBP and 150Ks from leadoff could be considered good. these should improve w/ age - but why would he change his approach it got him 32 homers last year.

What's stopping you from talking to her? And how can you be madly in love with her when you've never said a word to her?

This is an awesome email to receive at work first thing in the morning.

An Old Dominion University student was involved in an altercation and stabbed in the 1400 block of 42nd Street in Norfolk at approximately 2:30 a.m., March 28. The student is in the hospital and in stable condition. Norfolk Police Department is handling the investigation. Police have identified and are speaking with a suspect and possible charges are pending. Updates will be provided as they become available.

If your staff are incapable of thinking straight on Friday afternoon after a long week, play Appetite for Destruction in their office. Very Loud.

1. Despite what that VH1 guy says, it is often better to wait for the good play than force it.
2. HE WAS BEING FACETIOUS
3. I love this thread. :h:
