Yeah, they eat them. I find it's a lot of work and pretty messy to eat them the way they're most commonly eaten. But in a crawfish etoufee they're ok.

I'll never forget one time I was at a Mongolian BBQ/Chinese Buffet in Cherry Hill and there was a dude in there, had to be 400-500 lbs, sitting a few tables away from me. Anyway he yells across the restaurant, "Hey Levi- They got any more of them baby lobsters? (They had just come out from the kitchen) Bring me 3 plates!"

The other guy came back with 3 giant plates full. It had to be half of the tray and the big boy housed them in like 15 minutes tops.
