Pat got player of the game as well. And Moyer gave up two runs. A lot of haters are having a very conflicted night.

Any news on Iguchi? Is he hurt after the shove? He rolled pretty far.

The more I see Iguchi, the more I like him as a player...any chance we bring him back next year?

Maybe not what you're after--these people seem pretty reasonable.

He's not looking for reasonable, he's looking for the mets equivalent of a certain 'hater' board
I think one of the newspapers has a good 'over reaction' forum - someone sent me a link before but i deleted that pm

Didn't David Wright say that you can't win scoring two runs in this ballpark?

That is three days in a row that the Mets just scored 2 runs.
Check The Good Phight, you might learn something.

I figured he was looking for a hater type board--and that one isn't it. That seems a lot like the Mets equivalent of Philliesphans. Or maybe us. But they are still evil.

I took a quick look over there--they also seem to be relatively sane and stable. I'm wondering if philaphans is the real anomaly among fan forums.

An interesting exchange from the mets scout.com board (sorry for the format):

Guy# 1: "I am slowly beginning to hate Jimmy Rollins. Smug little... I'll leave it at that."

Guy# 2: "I'm beginning to hate him as well, in a Chipper Jones sort of way. Tell you what though he's a better offensive player, though different, than Reyes.

Guy# 3: "I hate him too, but I don't agree with the better offense. Rollins is more powerful, Reyes is more clutch. Reyes IMO is also better defensively."

Read the game thread, trust me, i've seen some bad ones.

Realgm.com stsrated some baseball forums recently (before they so rudely and uncecessarily banned me, i'm waiting for them to come crawling back anyway), the phillies one was dead, but the yanks one was active, never checked the mets one
