The bones of a giant feathered dinosaur discovered in 2005 were recently revealed in Beijing. If a trip to China is out of the question, you can still see a feathered dinosaur by attending an Elton John concert in Vegas.

This birdlike dinosaur lived 70 million years ago and stood 16 feet tall and weighed around 3,000 pounds. Can you imagine what a devastating pandemic such a creature could cause if it were alive today? I guess we would be calling it the "Big Bird Flu."

P.S. Sorry, Woody.

considering your other local choices at this point are the Orioles and Nationals, you probably made the right choice

I don't think the logo for the 2012 London Olympics is really all that bad.

*sigh*

This guy Mims, in the modern tradition of dreadful pop-rap, has a hit song called, "This Is Why I'm Hot". You're lucky to not know about this song, because it turns out the reason he is hot is because he is fly.

Anyway, the shirt is a play on combining that song with Super Mario Brothers, where those flowers give you fireballing ability.

I love Netflix. I pay $10 a month, and in 2/3 of my first month I rented 6 movies, watched another movie instantly online, and watched two episodes of an OVA online as well. By the time my first month wraps up, I will probably average out to less than a buck per movie.

That said, the second Sopranos season 1 disc has been passed over twice now despite being #1 in my queue. Boo to "short wait" availability!

For some reason, which I'll never know, someone tried to get into my mailbox hard enough that now my key won't work and I'm going to have to break the damn thing to get my mail out. Thanks, asshole.
