Difficult, if not impossible, to dispute his assertion. Following the Boston and New Jersey losses over the weekend, the Flyers certainly looked like a team that could not care less last night. I am sure everyone has seen the video by now but Mason looked like he was an eyelash away from losing his shit.

I don't know, Rinaldo was promoted to the 3rd line last night. Hopefully he is able to do it, but he is still part of the Flyers culture even though he escaped for a little bit.

They're just playing out the string now. I think overall he's shifting the focus on building through the draft and developing guys instead of running out and signing guys to big deals.

Yes, he has done a good job of emphasizing draft picks. It seems like he was able to hold of Snider from forcing panic trades, so that is good.

Well we already have Schultz, Schenn, Grossmann, MacDonald, Gudas, and Streit under contract as well as some hope we keep MDZ, so I don't know how many young guys will be coming up.

The biggest thing to figure out is if you keep Jake and G or go into full rebuild mode. This team isn't a piece or two away from being a serious contender. You gotta do some kind of rebuild.

Jake/G/Simmonds are the building blocks. Everyone else is up for grabs. Coots is on the fringe
