Not sure we can complain. Pitching is the most tradable commodity when you have it. All 4 players we've drafted are highly rated by all of the scouting folks outside of the phillies organization. There's been no real reaches or drafting for "upside"

From a very simplistic view, BA rated our 4 picks 10, 47, 87 and 65

We drafted them at 7, 47, 81 and 112. And we complain?

Oliver was stopped by Fayetteville police early Tuesday after allegedly making an illegal turn near the university. According to a police report, the 20-year-old pitcher had a blood-alcohol level of 0.09 percent. The limit for drivers under 21 is 0.02.

The junior was 9-4 with a 2.51 ERA in 16 starts for Arkansas this season. He was released from the Washington County jail at 6:26 a.m. on $1,075 bond and has a July 11 court date.
