I don't even think Dewan can explain it. These systems all have pretty big flaws. I have no idea how a guy can be -5 in as few innings as he's played so far. Not sure what the system thinks he should have caught that he didn't. Positioning might have something to do with it.

New German kid supposedly has plus-plus power potential but an arm bar swing and his speed tool is 12 ticks below average.

Hands are nice and slim though so that's a good thing.

He will join the organization after finishing school in the spring of 2014. Kamara is currently playing for the farm team of the Buchbinder Legionaere Regensburg in the second division in Germany.

The eighth athlete of the sports boarding Regensburg signed professional contract

Just two weeks after the MLB debut of Donald Lutz, the sports boarding Regensburg can announce the next success message. Julsan Kamara signed on Monday in the presence of his mother Julia Rajkovic-Kamara a 7-year professional contract with the Philadelphia Phillies. About the signing bonus that each player gets at a contract signing, was not disclosed.

The 17-year-old youngster with the ideal dimensions of 1.91 meters and 95 kilograms changed in September 2011 to the sports boarding Regensburg and was previously in the perspective of the squad in bookbinding Legionaries of 2 Bundesliga used. The students of Regensburg Werner-von-Siemens Gymnasium will remain for the time being but the bookbinder and get Legionnaires start until after graduation in May 2014 his professional career in the United States. "The Phillies rely on the good work of the sports boarding school, but they wanted to secure the rights to Julsan early," said school director Martin Brunner.

"To be professional baseball has always been my biggest dream," said Kamara Julsan looking forward to the new challenge. "I'm the sports boarding Regensburg very grateful for the support over the last two years that my dream is now possible. Of course I know that I am in the U.S. only at the beginning of a professional career and must try to assert myself. "Julsan Kamara is by Rodney Gessmann (2006), Ludwig Glaser (2007), Donald Lutz (2007), Mike Bolsenbroek (2008) Jakub Sladek (2008), Max Kepler (2009) and Daniel Thieben (2011) has become the eighth athlete of the sports boarding Regensburg, who has accepted a professional contract.

Three of them are currently living her dream of a professional career. The end of April has managed the former player Donald Lutz Regensburg boarding school trained in Germany, the first player to jump from Double-A team of the Cincinnati Reds in the Major League. Max Kepler, who for the record sum of $ 800,000 transferred to the Minnesota Twins in 2009, is expected to start Rapids kernel for single-A Cedar team after recovering from elbow injury. Daniel Thieben will contest his second year in the rookie team of the Seattle Mariners.
