His 2009 season was ridiculous. 6th highest wRC+ in the league, 8 highest wOBA. He played all over the field and was apparently really fucking good defensively. Amazing year.

I'm not claiming to be some know-it-all. I'm terrible at fantasy baseball. I just thought it was weird how you crapped on someone's shot-in-the-dark suggestion for who could win the MVP when it's completely plausible, and also how you refuse to back down on how it's not even close to as ridiculous as you make it out to be

however, my ignorance of ben zobrist's 2009 stats doesn't make him any more likely to actually win an MVP.
