Possibly, but I just assumed every team would be using a 3-man rotation in the DS...

Why the fuck would you assume that, Ed
you sure do seem to have a lot of time on your hands to be on this forum? Do you have a job? Are you a shut-in?

Sorry, I misremember. Looking at the last 10 years, here's where the G1 starter returned for G4, but most of these were because of 2-1 deficits:

2010 TB vs TEX = Price/Lee rematch wasn't until G5
2010 SF vs ATL = Lowe returned in G4, Lincecum didn't
2009 PHI vs COL = Lee/Ubaldo rematch in G4
2008 PHI vs MIL = no rematches
2008 TB vs CWS = no rematches
2008 LAA vs BOS = Lackey/Lester rematch in G4
2007 CLE vs NYY = Wang returned in G4, Sabathia didn't
2006 NYY vs DET = no rematches
2006 SD vs STL = Carpenter returned in G4, Peavy didn't
2005 ATL vs HOU = Hudson returned in G4, Pettitte didn't
2005 LAA vs NYY = Colon/Mussina rematch wasn't until G5
2004 ATL vs HOU = Clemens returned in G4, Wright didn't
2004 STL vs LAD = Perez returned in G4, Williams didn't
2004 NYY vs MIN = Santana returned in G4, Mussina didn't
2003 SF vs FLA = no rematches
2003 ATL vs CHC = Ortiz returned in G4, Wood didn't
2003 NYY vs MIN = Santana returned in G4, Mussina didn't
2003 OAK vs BOS = Hudson returned in G4, Martinez didn't
2002 ATL vs SF = Glavine returned in G4, Ortiz didn't
2002 NYY vs ANA = Washburn returned in G4, Clemens didn't
2002 OAK vs MIN = Hudson returned in G4, Radke didn't
2001 SEA vs CLE = Garcia/Colon rematch in G4
2001 NYY vs OAK = Clemens/Mulder rematch wasn't until G5
2001 AZ vs STL = Schilling/Morris rematch wasn't until G5

It could rain or snow and we could have off days -- lots of them. No domes in these series.

And the weather has been weird since we started messing with the moon.
Teams lie, sometimes for good reasons, sometimes for bad. They do it to get an advantage while they look at the trade market or just because they can

Anyone have a link to the serious face photoshoot from Spring Training last year? All the close-ups of Werth, Utley, etc. Specifically looking for Chooch.

Goddammit. I have tix for Friday (which I might not use) and Saturday. Thought I'd at least get to see Doc, which I've never done. It's always Hamels (who sucks against the Mets) or Li'l Roy, or Worley.

This is why I didn't buy the Groupon. The only 2 starters I've ever seen at Citi are Hamels and Park. I didn't want to see Hamels again and he always loses when I watch him at Citi. I want to see Halladay or Lee, but they were originally on track to start the weekend afternoon games and the more expensive ones at that. Do I really want to put more $$ in the Wilpons' wallets? Plus the available seats were worse for them.

Oh well.
