He avoids the Rolling Stones.

If we can find a way to make all ballparks face north, he might actually stick in the big leagues.

Various random Pirates get an infield hit, a steal and three outs. Contreras is ready.
Teams lie, sometimes for good reasons, sometimes for bad. They do it to get an advantage while they look at the trade market or just because they can

He might find better luck in another setting:

Moss is considered a weed in grass lawns, but is deliberately encouraged to grow under aesthetic principles exemplified by Japanese gardening.

Gallagher retires random scrubs in order in the 8th.

Mad Dog in for Phils. He mows down the Pirate scrubs. He's ready.

Some Frenchman pitches poorly but Galvis smokes a lne drive that an outfielder catches and Wilson Valdez was running all the way and was doubled off and that was the old ballgame as they say.

Phillies season over, Time to start the I'm out thread for the year,

Fly ball into the alley, caught, Valdez doubled off first, game over.

ex-Phillie on ex-phillie crime. Floyd hit Donald with a pitch causing bad bruise, but not broke.

On Baseball Tonight Valentine and Kruk both agreed that the Phillies will only win 90 games at most.

I feel bad that Romero got his 200k Porsche stolen.

Not really, though.

Phillies still can't hit. Oswalt has an easy 1st inning. He looks ready.

Burnett ging for the million dollar prize. Oswalt gets BABIP'd for two singles; then Nunez hits three run bomb.

Game over; season over; when do the Eagles start.

Where will the runs come from?
