Halladay gave up a hit and a walk. OMG. Four Ks in two IP so far. On pace for around 500 strikeouts this season. That would be a record I think.

Domonic singles. He needs to raise his hands. Or lower them. Or something. Maybe just needs to stretch more.

Delwyn Young is batting .333 as the DYoung Era begins.

1st and 2nd for the good guys.

Schneider and Rollins both ground out weakly. Phillies small ball failure.

Starting to get a "so it's gonna be *that* kind of year" vibe for Brown. First hit of the spring, and he gets hurt.

I think this was basically what Charlie said last season, that the hitters needed to make the adjustment to the adjustment made by the pitchers.

btw, I see lots of jokes/comments about Utley being injured. Have things gotten worse for his knee?

Cortisone shot for Chase. Not recommended for patellar tenonitis or whatever they were saying is wrong with it. Must be something else. Has gone from missing a game because of "general soreness" to patellar tendonitis to who knows what in typical Phillies fashion.

We'll learn about Brown's injury today sometime in May I suspect.

J. C. Ramirez now in the game. He had a hip labrum last season. Lets see how he pitches with two good hips. Hope he doesn't get general soreness.

Lead off double for Overbay.

Groundout followed by deep, deep fly from Jones snagged by Mayberry Jr. for the run. Small ball.

Ks Doumit to end the inning.
