Dubee said Lidge's and Happ's throwing sessions both went well. Happ needs to throw more bullpens. Lidge not ready to throw off mound yet.

Oh my. Happ sighting. I thought the Phils disappeared him. Anyone figure out what's wrong with him yet?

From Perrotto at BP:

Phillies manager Charlie Manuel said he is going to start monitoring Roy Halladay's pitch counts after the right-hander had a 132-pitch outing against the Pirates on Tuesday.

Might not be a bad idea Chuck. I'm not worried yet but having him throw multiple 130 + outings might not be the best idea with a post season type team.

Barkann awkaward on DNL after quick6.
Rube was on the panel, he made a joke about signing werth, rube said, "we'd love to sign him".
barkann then rattled off .324, 8 HR, 31 RBI, said "just saying! just saying!" and Rube kinda just nodded his head smugly and didn't respond.
He saved it by throwing it to a commercial break.
