Cluttered websites were always a problem, but now with things that pop up when you roll the cursor over them and videos that start automatically, I'm probably going to just go back to reading the newspaper. Also, all those lists where not only do you have to click next for each item, sometimes it will take 30 clicks to get through a list of 10. Basically, the internet has gone to shit and if it weren't for free porn, would have no real reason to exist.

Or "the tri state area". Oh so somewhere in the continental US? That narrows it down.

Or when there's a link to a news story and the site will just be called like "The Fairview Press" and it will say Fairview over and over but never say what state or country it is and you have to search for 5 minutes to find it.

I think if someone says they're from the Delaware Valley, that's more descriptive than if they say they're from Pennsylvania. Do people who live in say Cherry Hill get to say they're from Philly if they want?

If you're in Alaska, you're not going to say "I'm from Cherry Hill". You' d say Philly there. If you're near the Philly area, you'd say Cherry Hill.

Also, Pennsylvania is more descriptive than Delaware Valley if you're not from the area. I have no idea what the Delaware Valley encompasses. Part of Delaware I would guess. And apparently Pennsylvania.

Golden State Warriors is one of the best names in sports imo

& I like Texans too cause there's no people in the US that so aggressively identify themselves by their state as Texans do

symptom: they call you from the car. the pass on the relevant data/info. then, since they're driving with nothing else to do, they figure you're not doing anything else either and just blather on and on, either stretching the topic at hand or making inane comments apropos of nothing. Meanwhile, you're in a ditch trying to fix a pipe or something
