President Donald Trump attacked Dr. Anthony Fauci on Tuesday after the nation’s top infectious disease expert criticized the president’s reelection campaign for featuring him in a political advertisement.

In a tweet Tuesday morning, Trump wrote that “Tony’s pitching arm is far more accurate than his prognostications,” referring to Fauci’s bungled first pitch on Major League Baseball’s Opening Day in July.

Yeah, you're experience is correct, Catholics in general are not well-versed (see what I did there?) in the Bible. I really just think we're dealing with a select subset of Catholic judges selected largely for their views on the-subject-that-dare-not-speak-its-name-on-this-board. And if your views are set on that, then you're more likely to go back to the original document than to give credence to precedent, since that's where you're more likely to find support (or at least the absence of opposition) to your argument. Catholicism is definitely a top-down religion where finding your own truth isn't exactly encouraged, but I don't think culturally it's all that more prevalently a trait. Most Catholics are perfectly ready to support the Big Wink when they disagree, and not to shy away from an argument rather than accept an authoritative text. I mean, I actually think Augustine is much more in that vein, though I can't say how much influence he has on current day judges.

Mrs. Vulture grew up in mass every Sunday observant Catholic family and they didn't even own a Bible as far as I know.

The whole rally scene with Trump babbling about kissing everyone is just super bizarre behavior. Its almost like a Jim Carey routine.

Ronny Jackson, the former White House physician-turned-GOP congressional candidate, suggested on Tuesday that Democratic nominee Joe Biden is mentally unfit for office, citing what he called cognitive decline.

“I really think that he needs some type of cognitive testing before he takes over the reigns as our commander in chief, if that is in the cards,” Jackson added.

Jackson later acknowledged, in response to a question from a reporter, that he has never treated or evaluated Biden and said he was not making a medical assessment of Biden’s mental health.

“I am not making a medical assessment. I actually don’t even practice medicine at this point. I am not doing that,” Jackson said. “I am not trying to remotely diagnose him with anything. I have not accused him of having Alzheimer’s or anything of that nature. I have not made that statement.”

Ronny Jackson is a giant pile of shit. Good to know he recommended Conley and it perfectly tracks.

Am I the only one that didn't realize that Sexual Preference is an offensive term? No idea, let alone any idea that it was some sort of dog whistle for right wingers.

Preference implies one chooses to whom they are sexually attracted, whereas orientation implies that sexuality is hardwired.

I have been super excited and motivated thinking about the opportunity to vote Trump out of office, since 2016. But I saw some good Biden polls and saw enthusiasm among Biden supporters in early voting, so I guess I'm not going to bother voting.

I kinda want to know why there are so many people of one religion on the court. Catholics are 22% of the population and 55% of the court. Sounds like an unreasonable influence given their views on some things
