had yet another bout of wasps. found the nest in the wall under where the stucco ends right next to the door. They would bang against the door like they were knocking to come in. first time i thought it was rain.

so the exterminator shows up and knocks on the door, i go out, and immediately a wasp flies into my ear. I've had plenty of stings before, but a wasp sting in the @#$% ear is PAINFUL. While i was trying to fight that guy off, another friend probably tried to come to his aid, as i was stung in the stomach also.

i sure wish the bars were open

Could the exterminator contain his laughter? Because I can’t.

Bucky, I feel your pain completely. They got me last week whilst trail running. Once in the left leg, to which I then bent down to wrestle the sucker and flick it off like an ant-man. Then once on Top of the skull, and then again on the inside of my right nostril for good measure. And it apparently got me on side of my left eye because I swelled up for a few days there. The threat is real.

Got stung in the eye by a paper wasp many years ago. Gave a wide berth to the little suckers ever since

any free software to trim an mp4 file out there? bonus if it can crop onto a section of the video. the amcrest software does this (i've done it before) but i can't get it to work for some reason- the 'cut' icon is unselectable. so i downloaded the 10 minute file and i want to trim to the minute or so of the WASP ATTACK and zoom. I thought it would be funnier than it is- in real time, i thought it was like 30 seconds where i tried to get the wasp out of my ear, but in reality it's only like 4 seconds. Still, slowhand may get another chuckle out of it!

Does anyone have a good recommendation for software to manage your music? I’ve got like 20,000 mp3s and I’ve been using iTunes and i just can’t anymore. It looses files and whole albums even though nothing was moved. Even when I point it at the correct location it will only repair the one song and not the rest of the album. There’s gotta be something better out there

Haven't tried it but Spotify can use local files.
