Risk it not getting here in time or something else go wrong with a last minute request.

He means risking getting the ballot too late. I think that's a fair concern considering what happened in the primary. Counties are much more prepared now, but if you can go in person at this point you may as well.
In person has plenty of problems too. Can't tell you how many times I've been at the poll and people show up at the wrong place, aren't registered at all, etc etc.

Also, I am thinking you are going to see an uptick in 18-22 college enrolled voters this year because many of them are at home in their home districts rather than on campus.
I spend a lot of time with the 18-22 year old group. They are pretty unhappy with the way things are going.

After saying he was going to run against Trump, he quit congress and then disappeared. Weird someone would go from exploring a prez run to leave politics altogether. I guess he could just be reassessing, but I can't help but wonder what kompromat they might have on him.

This is the stuff that has me despairing. I'm phone banking for Biden on the weekends, but what can I realistically do as a citizen to counteract a coup?
As I alluded to earlier, this is just liberal fearporn. The state officials are not going to risk their lives for Trump's sake.

Not sure why you thought he was going to save us, an Amash third-party run almost certainly would have just siphoned off moderate Republicans that would vote for Biden. Quite frankly, he saved us by not running.

I’m registered and know where to go

I read an article saying he was leaving in July. Maybe he announced he wasn't running again and I misread it. Anyway, he has withdrawn any interest in running and has basically disappeared from the discourse despite Trump going farther and farther from established norms. He was outraged but now he's completely silent. Just wondering why. It's a weird flip that seems to go against his personality.

Like, people say shit like "Trump's voters are dying"... but Biden is winning old people. For real. Seems like it's so counter to what expectations are that it should get more focus.
The Trump sweet spot is 45-64. Biden does relatively better with younger than that rather than older, but is usually at least narrowly ahead with seniors in tight states, with some exceptions.
