Lots of mail in ballots are being rejected. This makes for a very significant quandary about how to approach the election. This moment I’m thinking they need to research if I can resend my mail in ballot, that process is. I have received it so that door should be open.

NEW: The 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals has denied a request by President Trump's attorneys for an administrative stay in his tax case.

This likely means he needs SCOTUS to grant a stay pending appeal to keep his tax documents out of the Manhattan D.A.'s hands in the near term.

So I can’t imagine the SCOTUS will step in before next Friday

What is next Friday?

With all the concerns we need to push early in-person voting where available and reasonably accessible.

The Hill released an encouraging poll today that reflects a convention bounce. Two weeks ago they had Biden +3. Now he is +8.

I thought this was a joke. but she really said it. Her campaign then said it was a joke, but within the context of the talk, it didn't seem like a joke. This should pretty much seal her fate.

I predict the Post Office will be a target for attacks and a running punch line at the RNC this week. Absolutely it would be if this was a regular convention but I’m sure they will figure out how to do it in the new format.

The FDA is revoking its emergency use authorization of hydroxychloroquine and chloroquine for treating COVID-19 amid growing evidence that the drugs are "unlikely to be effective" in treating the coronavirus.

The other new one with a gotcha moment of him caught in a lie from 33 years ago like Trump hasn't lied 15 times about way worse things just this week is also a winner

Washington Post got copies of Trump's sister on audio.

https://www.washingtonpost.com/politics ... story.html

“Donald is out for Donald, period,” Barry said.

Mary questioned Barry about what Donald had accomplished on his own.

“I don’t know,” Barry said.

“Nothing,” Mary responded.

“Well he has five bankruptcies,” Barry said. (Donald Trump’s companies filed for six corporate bankruptcies but he has never declared personal bankruptcy.)

“Good point. He did accomplish those all by his self,” Mary said.

“Yes, he did. Yes, he did. You can’t trust him,” Barry said.

Maryanne said on another occasion that Donald Trump kept asking about Fox News. One day, Barry said, President Trump called her and said, “Did you watch Fox News?”

No,” Barry said she told the president.

“Why not?” President Trump said.

“I don’t watch much television at all,” Barry said she responded.

“What do you do?” the president asked.

“I read,” Barry replied.

“What do you read?” the president said.

“Books,” Barry said.

The president was incredulous. “You don’t watch Fox?”

Trump will be speaking every night of the DNC convention. The rest of the speakers is 90 percent his family and people that work inside the White House. Very exciting.
