I think it was on NPR yesterday where I hear older GOP voters complaining about Trump, but then say that is who they are voting for. One woman said 'no president has ever done more for freedom of religion', she has a warped sense of that those words mean as it has not been a good time to be a non-christian and moreover Donald is one of the least religious presidents I recall. He's not even a Christmas/Easter attendee, but his actions demonstrate that he hold no actual christian values (I cannot understand this idea that Trump is some uber religious figure past complete self interest).

I think that the concept that these people are summed up by the 61 year old woman who said that she does not understand the Dems siding with BLM because Trump would never kneel for the anthem.
