Thinking about it more, if Trump doesn't agree to a debate with Biden, I believe that helps Biden.

Biden is not going to be the nominee. They'll use him to take out Bernie and then switch with whoever the DNC actual wants running down the line. That's my off the wall prediction for this year's election!

That would require a health scare, not a health concern.

Trump thought the virus was “getting beyond Mick (Mulveney),” a person briefed on the internal discussions said. Trump has also complained that economic adviser Larry Kudlow is not doing enough to calm jittery markets. Last week Kudlow refused Trump’s request that Kudlow hold an on-camera press briefing, sources said. “Larry didn’t want to have to take questions about coronavirus,” a person close to Kudlow told me. “Larry’s not a doctor. How can he answer questions about something he doesn’t know?”

Trump found a willing surrogate in Kellyanne Conway, but Conway’s dubious claim on Friday that the virus “is being contained”

I think you might be right. I don't want Biden in a debate with some coked up asshole. Or maybe it's adderol. Whatever. I just don't think Biden thinks well on his feet these days.

One of the reasons I wanted Warren is I think she would have torn him to shreds and I thought that would be one thing that would diminish him given his tough guy routine with his base. I also thought it would be very satisfying to watch. I think him debating Sanders would have been the most interesting and I think Sanders would have been able to protray him for what he is, though I'm not sure how the media would have played it because I think the media elite hate sanders.

@JenniferJJacobs
Scoop: Trump told Republican senators in private lunch that he wants a payroll tax holiday *through the November election,* sources tell me. He doesn’t want taxes to go back up before voters decide whether to return him to office. Story out soon

If no taxes are taken out between now and November, aren't we all going to get killed next April and/or the government won't have any money?

That Biden video with the union worker today is incredible.

My FiL shared an illustration of Trump riding a tractor equipped with machine guns. The tractor is attached to a drain plug in front of the Capitol building.

“Let’s see the SHARES”

And he does!!
