That's my list of who I'll vote for and in what range.

This is a good way of putting it. I'd flip-flop Warren for Sanders and I would vote for Michael Bloomberg if I absolutely had to, but otherwise this is it.

This is shaping up to be Bloomberg vs Bernie for the soul of the Democratic Party!

Should be wildly riveting. Bloomberg is everything Sanders hates.

Bloomberg is a conservative and an authoritarian. No thanks.

You support Donald Trump, a con man and authoritarian. Probably best to stay in the back on this one.

The thing I like about Steyer is that he’s made the environment his biggest issue and I think it’s important. I would have put Yang and Inslee in the same category if they were still around; candidates that aren’t real candidates but I’m glad to have them involved in the discussion. Steyer would’ve been much better not running at all and just backing Inslee, but whatever.

We have some shitty candidates in the field. It’s not clear how many of them have been convicted of defrauding people (and forced to repay them $25m) and their own charities.

I hope we find out soon because something like that should be disqualifying to a sane voter and I don’t want to accidentally vote for a snake oil salesman who is obviously just using his or her supporters to enrich himself at their expense. You’d have to be a real fucking moron to invite that intentionally.

For me its:

Klobuchar
Bloomberg
Buttigieg
Biden
Warren
Sanders

I consider Trump an existential threat so as much as I really dislike Sanders I would still vote for him between Trump.

IT will be interesting to see what comes out of the justice dept in the month or so leading up to the election. A fully politicized justice dept is bound to find dirt on someone involved in the dem leader's campaign. They aren't complaining about the FISA warrants the dems brought for nothing. Those complaints will turn into whataboutisms once they reveal the dirt.

Just looking at the number of people on this board who have the candidates in more or less the exact opposite order tells you something: there is already a third party in this country. The Trump Party, Republican Democrats, and Social Democrats.

I will have to catch it later, but NPR's 1A did a segment on the state of the DOJ today. The digital play back is available after it has played in all markets (not sure what time).

I think it plays around noon in every market. I usually get the podcast downloaded between 2-3 PM Mountain Time, but it should be available online sooner than that.

Bloomberg Hires Thousands of Canvassers to Stop Black Men On Street and Force Them To Hear Campaign Pitch

He was so eager to get himself into a debate. He's got it coming, and he's about to get it.

Who he can buy notwithstanding, the base of the Democratic Party - African Americans - aren't going to sit still for this.

A national poll from NPR, PBS NewsHour and Marist released on Tuesday showed Mr. Bloomberg with 19 percent support among Democrats and Democratic-leaning independents, putting him in second place behind Senator Bernie Sanders of Vermont, who had 31 percent. That was a substantial surge since the group’s poll in December, when Mr. Bloomberg received only 4 percent support.

Shows what $350 million in traditional media can buy ya.

Hopefully there's enough time for the debate to skewer him and shift the media narrative of a surging bloomberg a bit.
