Honestly it's hard to argue with that.

I have boat fever but I know I won't let myself buy anything right now. So why do I waste time on Craigslist everyday?

Whole lot more boat than I'm looking for but seems like a fair price. I originally started looking at something for inshore/nearshore fishing. I accepted the fact that I just won't get to use it for that purpose often enough. So I'm down to used bass boats or very small center consoles for the local lakes.

Yeah, this is an ocean/bay boat. Currently having a new 26' built by Sunny Briggs in Wanchese. Was down there right before they closed the OBX to check it out. I can run this boat 30 miles offshore for 10 hours and use less that a half a tank of gas. The efficiency of Suzuki motors is incredible.

Sounds awesome. Looking at older used motors would you have a preference for 2 stroke or 4 stroke?

I would never buy anything that's not a 4 stroke.

Correction. My father and I, lol. This has not been a smooth build. Gonna have to sell all our commercial boat to come close to breaking even.

Neighbors hired a tree service to cut down a couple unhealthy trees. They started at 8:29 AM (guess how I know to the minute?) and a 60 foot hardwood was on the ground by 8:39. I feel like that's a bit aggressive given how windy it is but these guys are not messing around

We've been wondering for months why it looks like someone walks through our front 'area' (can't call it a yard, we don't have any grass) and I am sitting in my home office and this fucking guy is walking he two dogs right by my window. Just help yourself!

One morning I was going out to walk the dog and some lady was just casually sitting on my steps charging her phone. Ended up getting a lock box for the outlet lol.
Another day, another box of stolen pens.

Property rights seem forgotten. My neighbors think I'm an ogre for trying to stop their kids from destroying my landscaping and throwing rocks in my yard.

my grandparents yard was a short cut so people could mainly walk to and from church. it wasn't uncommon to see people use it any other part of the day. we would be swimming in the pool and people would walk by and wave. my grandfather even made a brick path from the front to the back gate.

my neighborhood growing up we didn't have fenced in yards unless there was a pool. we would play all sorts of games in all our neighbors yards, taking up nearly the entire block.

the streets, the yards, the corn fields.... everything was our playground

a world away.

He's lucky, too, because about a minute after I saw him two coyotes that look like Mexican gray wolves (they've been eating good in quarantine) would have mauled his dogs and maybe him too.
