According to an “incident/investigation” report filed by the Doral, Florida, police department, on May 16, 2019, an officer was dispatched to the Trump National Doral Miami to deal with a “male in distress fearing for his life.” That man was Hyde. The report noted that Hyde explained to the police officer that “he was in fear for his life, was set up and that a hit man was out to get him. Mr. Hyde spoke about e-mails he sent that may have placed his life in jeopardy. Mr. Hyde explained several times that he was paranoid that someone was out to get him.”

The report stated that Hyde cited “a variety of different names, contacts and provided information in reference to why he felt his life was in danger.”

I was excited to turn off CNN once it was over.

I thought it was pretty ridiculous that they questioned Bernie about the “a woman can’t be elected President thing” and his response was fantastic (something along the lines of how he’s on record for 30 years stressing that women should hold more elected offices, he asked Warren to run in 2016 and said he wouldn’t run if she did, he campaigned for Hillary once she won the nomination, and Hillary had millions more votes in the election than Trump so of course he thinks a woman can be president and anyone who doesn’t think that is an idiot).

Then they asked him straight “so you’re saying you didn’t say that?” And he replied “No, I never said that.”

Then they turn to Warren and asked “how did you feel when Bernie said a woman can’t be president?”

Warren was my 1(a) and Bernie was my 1(b), but honestly, I think CNN has something against him and it’s made me switch those two around. Not that my vote means anything since the primary in NJ is pretty late.

I mean that last one Warren had to deal with a lot when she became front runner. I don’t know how much this is anti-Bernie and how much it is grilling a perceived front runner.

I think people will come out of most debates strengthening their own preconceptions. If you didn’t like Warren you’ll find a way to think her performance justified that. If you think things are unfairly stacked against Bernie you’ll find justification in that as well.
