They probably wouldn't want to play if the ground in the alley had a bunch of sand sprinkled on it. Or slick, due to a water spill.

Doubt just some water in an alley would get them to stop, but you might be onto something with sand, it's course, and ruff, and irritating. And it gets everywhere.

It was a smelly bagel sandwich that she would take a bite of then wrap up in the wrapper. Then 3 minutes later she would take another bite then wrap it up again. Very bizarre

I discounted Cracker Barrel as a viable I-don't-feel-like-cooking option for too much of my life.

During my 10 year old nephew’s football game today, my brother in law was on the opposing team’s sidelines keeping track of which kids were in the game when and for how long, since a kid needs to have a minimum number of plays per quarter or whatever it is. So nearing the end of the third quarter he tells the coach that he needs to get this one kid in the game because he hadn’t been in the game that quarter. The coach refused and said it’s not a big deal. So my brother in law says, no you need to get him in the game. After some back and forth, he says either you put him in, or we go to the refs and let them sort it out or he just doesn’t sign off on the paperwork and he automatically forfeits the game. Coach just kind of blows him off, so brother in law starts to walk out to the refs, and the coach starts going berserk going after him, and the coach’s wife had to jump on the dude’s back to keep him from going after my brother in law. THEN, my nephew is a victim of a personal foul, which was in fact the first personal foul in any game they've played this season on either team. Crazy people out there.
