Why not have the government pay off everyone's mortgages, car loans and credit card bills while we're at it

No debt for anybody!

Speaking as an “old” I’ve made my position on the student debt scam clear previously here. But not “everyone benefits,” e.g. the people who lent the money. The problem has to be addressed, but with a scalpel, not an axe.

Taylor Swift wants to be a democrat because she wants to be in movies….period. And it looks like she will suck the door knob off Hollyweird to get there. Oldest move in the book. Good luck girl.

It might be appropriate to point out that he was Trump's guest in the oval office and explored a run for the senate. Also, what the fuck is this about anyway?

On the generational issue of student debt--keep in mind that the older you are, the more heavily subsidized your tuition was. Even if you attended a private college, tuition was still substantially less in constant dollars than it is today. Also, there were numerous federal programs to help make college affordable through the seventies, until they were systematically gutted by the Reagan administration.

Still, though I don't think making public colleges entirely free is necessarily the best answer here. Warren's plan could reproduce something like the European system of higher ed--a handful of elite public universities with fiercely competitive admissions with everyone else attending massive non-selective publics that churn out credit hours with substantially less student engagement than our current system. It seems likely that only the most elite private colleges and universities would survive if they had to compete with free public universities.

Apparently she named Maine Senator George Mitchell, NM Governor BilL Richardson, MIT Professor Marvin Minsky and money manager Glenn Dubin. This is pretty incredible stuff.

Also Dershowitz and Prince Andrew, but they were already known. The PM is believed to be Ehud Barak.

It is a little funny to think that Kid Rock does not think that Tay-tay could get herself into a movie if she wanted to. That lady has power, and she just might be learning how to use it from some other powerful women.

Melania joins the tone def fray by tweeting out a photo of her holding the baby that survived the shooting. That child will grow up without parents. Melania is beaming a smile, and uncle Don is giving a big old thumbs up.

This is either a dystopian reality or they are even more emotionally void then is comprehensible.

So, I am looking at the electoral map and IF Biden ends up the nominee I just don't see a path to victory for Trump.

Even if he wins FL, OH, and NC he would need to win one of:

VA, PA, MI, and WI.

Does anyone really foresee Trump being competitive against Biden in any of those four states? He lost VA and won the other three by razor thin margins against Hillary.

That dude has no qualms about including a confederate flag in his act.

Ergo, any opinion he ever has should be beneath the notice and regard of any educated person.

LOL.

Oh yes, Kid Rock is now a racist.

Nevermind his son is half black, he's received awards from the NAACP and he's done more for the city of Detroit than almost anyone in Michigan over the last ten to fifteen years. He also hasn't "included a confederate flag in his act" for almost a decade.
