We could start with the president acknowledging that it actually happened AND who was responsible for it.

Kind of surprised that he even acknowledged that it happened the first time.

Would be shocked if Hurd doesn't switch parties before the 2020 election, given the realities of his situation.

I've missed most of this, but whoever is the second to last person to ask questions is doing a shift job. If they prepared, this woman skipped practice.

First thing on Don's schedule today is a rally in WV tonight. Don has a super font tweet declaring his exoneration. The menu for tonight is the greatest hits.

Complete impunity for a guy who has committed multiple crimes in office and god knows how many before

A republican party which cares about nothing other than holding onto power while essentially being the minority party

A democratic party which won the house in historic fashion and can't even begin to make the case for impeachment

What a country

He's on to calling Muller and his aids untruthful along with the rest of the media asking question.

Apparently Trump said that Muller did not have the right to exonerate him.

I have no idea what he is talking about when he repeats again and again that Muller corrected his position.

The House pushing for impeachment would be stupid. WTF would that accomplish?

This attitude that it would accomplish nothing is part of the problem

It would establish that dems believe the president is a criminal. It would massively energize the base and especially younger voters who feel abandoned by dem leadership. It is the morally right thing to do, politics be damned

Nixon's approval ratings were p decent when impeachment proceedings began. Didn't start to crater until the impeachment process was established. Dems in the house have to make the case

Nonsense, if the Republicans controlled the Senate in 1974 Nixon would have never been impeached in the first place.

Impeachment by the House would be an absolutely idiotic move for the Dems considering it would not lead to Trump's removal from power.

Trump got that from a line of questioning during the Senate committee meeting. I think it might have been Gohmert.

I have no idea what he is talking about when he repeats again and again that Muller corrected his position.

Trump is referring to Mueller initially answering Ted Lieu that the OLC policy is the reason why they didn't make a decision on indicting for obstruction. Mueller began the House session by walking that back a bit.

Love Chuck Todd saying Democrats weren't tough enough. This is a guy who has his strings pulled on a weekly basis by any Republican.
