This is pathetic. Either impeach him or don't. Some dude from CA talking about how it would be a permanent stain on Trump's record. Big #$!&@ deal. What is he applying to college after this? With all the #$!&@ he's pulled, some slap on the wrist is going to be a difference maker? Hell, he'll wear the censure like its the Medal of Freedom. Half-measures such as this will only go to show how powerless Democrats are.
