He's just so unbelievably transparent and commits so many crimes so openly that americans couldn't help but notice. Some still don't care, but as the veil is pulled back, I think many others will leave him. At some point, I'd like to think the calculus will change and the GOP will push him out. It doesn't solve the systemic problem, but at least we'll be rid of him. He's unpopular now, but wait until the recession hits. He's been propped up in part by a strong economy.

You say the WH as if there's some sort of organized decision making structure staffed with political professionals in place making these decisions as opposed to it being televised because Trump wanted it to be televised.
No you're right. It still shocks me sometimes, I guess. Pretty incredible glimpse into what he is like in the meetings he goes to behind closed doors.
Pelosi needing to explain that he doesn't have the votes in the house is incredible. He is just so, so clueless.

Cameron Joseph @cam_joseph
Late to this but kind of amazing that @SenBillNelson’s campaign left $3.1M in the bank on election day. Political malpractice in a race that close.

Not sure where you're getting that. I go by the 538 aggregate which has Trump at 41.9 approval and Obama at 44.5. He's within two points of Reagan (and will soon be ahead) and ahead of Clinton,so I'm sticking with my statement that his approval is close to all three. His approval rating has basically been steady for the last eight months with all that's happened. Who knows what the future will hold, but the narrative that many are turning away now that his character is revealed, or that he's historically unpopular, is simply not there.
