One interesting thing about these elections was there were a LOT of really close elections. I don't know if this was normal or not. That Texas Senate race between Cruz and the young guy is a good example.

Beto is only two years younger than Cruz.

He looks much younger than Cruz. And that's what matters.

weird how anti-democratic republicans are. Hold themselves up to be the party of patriots until someone tries to vote or something.

Winning those two florida elections and the AZ seat would pretty much make this about as successful an election as I could have hoped for, even if GA Gov doesn't turn out well. The GA vote is right out of some third world country.

This election thing in Arizona takes a long time.

They still have 500k votes to count as of an article from the end of the business day.

The Blue candidate now leads and the votes to be counted are from her home district Phoenix.

It looks like a blue Arizona Senate seat.

Certainly it could go either way.

Interesting.

Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) is attempting to explain his reversal on a 2017 threat that there would be “holy hell to pay” if President Donald Trump fired Attorney General Jeff Sessions.

Although Sessions got the boot this week, Graham vowed instead to work with Trump “to find a confirmable, worthy successor.”

When confronted with his previous comments on Thursday, Graham chuckled.

“When was that? What year?” he asked.

Hey Lindsey, it was about 16 months ago.

I do like this headline (from lib land, but good for a chuckle): ‘Coward’ Lindsey Graham Called Out For Empty Vow To Unleash ‘Holy Hell’ On Trump
