Election week: Blue wave or blue balls? (Politics)

The best thing that Tucker Carlson ever did was get eaten alive by Jon Stewart (or Jonathan Stuart Leibowitz as Donald J Trump likes to call him), but I cannot even begin to condone or accept this behavior.

A Twitter account affiliated with Smash Racism DC posted video of what it said was activists protesting Carlson.

"Tucker Carlson, we will fight! We know where you sleep at night!" it tweeted.

"Every night you spread fear into our homes—fear of the other, fear of us, and fear of them," another of Smash Racism DC's tweets read. "Each night you tell us we are not safe. Tonight you’re reminded that we have a voice."

"Tonight, we remind you that you are not safe either."

Tucker Carlson fans the flames of hate and fear while millions watch every night.

there is a house on my walking route that had signs for wagner, barletta and i think meuser for the last month or so. i noticed today that since the election was over they've added trump signs and put up some hand written ones. one started with "vote for job not mobs" and other stuff after it. one talked about "riding the red tsunami of 2016" and another said something like "the attack on kavanaugh was the left sticking with the blood sacrament of satan". people are fucking nuts. i'll have to remember to snap a pic tomorrow.

It looks like there will be a manual recount in the FL SEN race and the GOV race is just at the threshold for a machine recount.

Nothing like getting your hopes up again!

@shaunking

BREAKING: The Florida race for Governor is now in the range where a legal recount is required.

The national news media never should've called this race in the first place.

@AndrewGillum can still win & tens of thousands of votes are outstanding.

Getting closer & closer.
Do you think April is too early for a Roger Dorn night?

With about 17,000 votes separating Martha mcsally from kyrsten sinema, Arizona Republicans sue county recorders to dump AZRiders mailed in ballot. It is the same playbook as Georgia where they are challenging signatures to keep votes from being recorded based on subjective assessment. They counties think that they can clear this hurdle by contacting voters. At issue is that some counties treat verification differently including that a few larger ones contact people after election day while others need to finish this before or they scrap the unverified vote.

It's all about county rights! There is a good question of what happens in counties that do not complete prior to election day concludes as the easier answer is to let the others verify the votes, but that is more complex if they shred whatever is left.

Just placed $20 on Sinema at +195. Somewhat of an emotional hedge, but also think those a ridiculous odds.

Does Acosta have a possible lawsuit to this sped up tape smear against him? And is this enough to knock Sanders out? Any lawyers here?

There is a crazy undervote in Broward too between senate and governor. Something like 25k. Difference between Nelson and Scott is 17k.

Yesterday Trump rode on and on and on about how Crimea was somehow Obama's fault, today we drop sanctions on Russia over Crimea.
