Rosenstein headed to the WH for "a preplanned meeting". So where was this at the news conference? Clearly that news was in his pocket. I guess it was easier to light up his GOP losers who did not embrace him, blast the press face-to-face, and descend into imaginary executive time land.

BTW that would be Rosenstein next, then Mueller gets shut down.
